Great value and wonderful service

I recently stayed for two nights and was impressed by the level of service and comfort. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and local shops, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was clean, with a comfy bed and a lovely view. I found the bathroom to be a bit on the smaller side during my stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the promenade and surrounded by shops, with a lovely green area across the street suitable for morning strolls with our dog. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. an unfortunate aspect was the presence of a broken tile at the entrance, which caused an injury to my husband, and the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired.

The room was spacious with a super comfy bed and a nice sofa. It had a good-sized bathroom with a powerful shower. I loved that there was plenty of storage for clothes too. Super clean and fresh with tea and coffee facilities which I really appreciated. The only downside was the lift not being near our floor, but the staff were happy to help with luggage.

I had a lovely stay for two nights and really appreciated the cozy single room where I enjoyed my morning coffee while watching TV. The hotel offers a nice sun terrace and a relaxing lounge area to unwind after exploring the town. While the elevator could be a bit slow, it didn't dampen my experience at all! 😊

This was an excellent fit for a fleeting stay in Llandudno with great value. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily to a high standard.
